Hello! How are you?
I'm Kristiāna, a Graphic Design student, artistic statement denier, grain filter enthusiast, lover-not-a-fighter, and happy to be here.
Often leaning towards working with multiple types of media (with a tendency to drift to the digital world), I like traversing my subjects by means of abstractions and absurdism while keeping a clear vision of initial contexts.

In this nearly seven-minute-long track, noise files were gathered with a makeshift tool/device [a wooden stick, tape, copper wire, audio jack, and recorder] by hovering it near electrical devices and outlets, where it picked up ‘invisible signals' one normally can’t hear, and they are mixed into a cacophony of unearthly noise.

as a tree decays, inspired by the eerie, mechanical sounds emitted by all of our electrical surroundings, depicts the death of a tree and a birth of something new and unnatural.
